Warm, sunlit days, great music and talented artisans and crafters drew crowds to the 50th Harwich Cranberry Arts and Music Festival over the weekend. The festival, held behind the community center on Oak Street, was hopping.
Not just because the CranJam Music Festival provided fantastic music all weekend, but the warm weather and opportunity to do some early Christmas shopping was putting smiles on the faces of the attendees. Reports from the vendors were very positive as crowds of people flowed all day through the crafts fair.
The CranJam Music Festival also kept feet moving, but it was to a different drum. Saturday’s lineup — including the Drumma Queens, Natalia Bonfini with Keb Hutchings, Woof Woof Meow, The Wampanoag Nation Singers and Dancers and Entrain — kept the dance floor full.
Sunday was a day of the blues, even deeper than the blue sky above, with the James Montgomery Blues Band and Danielle Miraglia and the Glory Junkies. There were two spectacular performances, and attendees were treated to Miraglia taking the stage with Montgomery and his band for an exceptional treat
