“My customer service skills are exemplary,” said Anthony “Tony” Pagliaro owner of Pagliaro & Sons Masonry. “I’d rather take on fewer jobs to give my customers the best service possible.” 

Pagliaro specializes in chimney repairs or rebuilds, new patios, walks, steps (along with step repairs), and retaining walls and hardscapes. 

“I’m proud of my work. Recently a first-time customer called and I got to the house and of course, I looked up at the chimney. And I said ‘Wow! I built that chimney 30 years ago!’ How cool is that!” He said he prefers working for homeowners though he will of course take on new construction jobs.  

              “Tony has been taking care of our chimney and related masonry needs ever since our home was built over 20 years ago,” said a happy customer. “We highly recommend his services. He seals the chimney for us about every three years. As a result, we have had no seepage through our brick (even in last winter's storms).” 

“Homeowners should call me first before a project starts,” he advises.  “I give free estimates, and I’m licensed and insured.” He says you should always ask that question. “‘Are you insured?’ And ask to see a certificate of insurance.” He’s registered with Home Improvement Contractors, too.
