CHATHAM – The waterfront vacation home of musician and actor Harry Connick Jr. and former model Jill Goodacre is on the market for $12.5 million.

The five-bedroom, 5,308-square-foot Colonial, built in 1963, sits on a 1.3-acre lot overlooking Oyster Pond. The property includes a private pier, dock and boathouse. Town assessing records value the property at $5,970,200. Connick bought the property in 2006 for $5.3 million.

They did extensive renovations on the property, including a new kitchen and family room.

At the heart of the home, a gourmet kitchen caters to indoor and outdoor living with French doors that open to a waterside terrace and swimming pool. The well-appointed primary suite is accessed via a private staircase, complete with a walk-in closet, study, and en suite bathroom.” A winding driveway leads to the home and its park-like setting, complete with a swimming pool, the description reads.

The property is listed by Berkshire Hathaway Robert Paul Properties.
