The Wequassett Resort and Golf Club's Supper Club took place last weekend, offering an elegant and intimate evening overlooking Pleasant Bay in the dining room at Twenty-eight Atlantic. The event featured award-winning Chef Gabriel Frasca from Straight Wharf on Nantucket. Teaming up with Executive Chef James Hackney, the special dining experience consisted of four courses featuring steamed mussels, Nantucket Bay scallop crudo and Straight Wharf poached lobster clam bake. A signature gin and passionfruit cocktail, wine pairings, and a special s'mores campfire dessert rounded out the experience.
