Protesters Rally Against ICE In Orleans
January 14, 2026
ORLEANS – About three dozen people in Orleans on Saturday protested against Immigration and Customs Enforcement and the recent killing of Renee Good by an ICE agent in Minneapolis.
The demonstrators stood at the intersection of Route 28 and Main Street on the village green and held signs denouncing ICE and calling for justice for Good, a 37-year-old U.S. citizen who was shot and killed while driving her car by ICE officer Jonathan Ross on Jan. 7.
A healthy Barnstable County requires great community news.
