Santa Came To Town
--- Santa Claus spent some time at Cape Roots in Harwich Port before loading up his sleigh. Here he is pictured with Brooke Leidner, who prepared a pancake breakfast for Santa and the children who came in to see him. Leidner said Pancakes with Santa will be an annual event.
Cape Shark On The Move
----- Cape Shark has a new location and it’s right down the road from the old one. Owners Brendan Stearns and Kristina Manter (pictured) completed the move last month and are thrilled to be open at 1223 Main St. in Chatham.
A Bit Of Old Cape Cod
-----Earlier this month, the Center for Active Living in Chatham sponsored a musical event, featuring the Sound Dunes Orchestra, at the Chatham Community Center. Christmas songs and instrumentals were enjoyed by over 60 residents with refreshments provided.

------ The Dennis-Harwich Lions Club held its annual speech contest for high school students in the local area on Nov. 5 at the Dennis Public Library in Dennis Port.
