Miniature Nor'easter Rakes Lower Cape

Bringing eight inches or more of much-needed rain to the region, a coastal storm also brought gusty winds and strong surf to the Lower Cape late last week. 
The National Weather Service reported that West Chatham received 11.69 inches of rain, while totals elsewhere ranged from six inches in Harwich to more than eight inches Brewster.
