Cynthia Carol Bodden

January 3, 1956 - June 27, 2024

FORT WORTH - Cynthia Carol Bodden, 68, sadly left our world on Thursday, June 27, 2024, to join her mother and stepfather in Heaven.

A Memorial Service: was held Sunday, July 7, 2024, at Greenwood Funeral Home in Memorial, Suite B, 3344 White Settlement Rd., Fort Worth, Texas 76107.

Cyndy was born on January 3, 1956, in Marianna, Florida, to Carol and Charles Leonard. She grew up in Chatham, Massachusetts, which she always considered to be her home and led to her love of the ocean. She is best remembered for being a loving mom, nana, sister, friend, and champion for animals. She had a generous heart and warm spirit that will never be forgotten. Above all, Cyndy valued time with her family. Her final years were devoted to her grandsons. Their faces lit up every time they saw her, and they loved the endless activities she planned for them. She also donated countless hours to volunteering at the humane society, as well as fostering numerous animals in need of homes.

Cyndy is survived by her children, Meredith (Kevin) Stockmann and Christopher (Jennifer) Bodden; her siblings, Cathleen (Josh) Jamison, Christine (Jack) Teeden, Kevin (Beth) Leonard, Mandy Hart, and Ryan (Tong) Leonard; her father, Charles (Loann) Leonard; and five adoring grandsons.
