HARWICH – Two strip malls along Route 28 in West Harwich have been sold.

The Town Line Plaza and West Harwich Commons were both sold on May 5 to Hyannis-based All Cape Property, LLC.

The sales were part of the transfer of four properties that were owned by the Francis X. Foster family, longtime owners of the plazas. The other two properties in the transaction were on West Main Street in Hyannis. The total sale price for the four properties was $2,045,000.

The manager of All Cape Property is listed as Jacob Talbot Dewey with an address of 17 High School Rd. in Hyannis. Efforts to reach Dewey for comment on plans for the new acquisitions were unsuccessful. Dewey is also manager of All Boat Rentals, a boat rental operation based in Hyannis.

The Town Line Plaza at 16 Route 28 is adjacent to the Dennis town line. Among its tenants are Domino’s Pizza, Cape Cod Pole Fitness, Lucky Dog Thrift, Karma and Company Hair Salon and Merlin Copy. The property, approximately one acre, was sold for $1,007,500.

The West Harwich Commons parcel, at two-and three-quarters of an acre, was sold for $250,000. The facilities there include the West Harwich Post Office, Lighthouse Cafe, Fully Baked Smoke and Beauty Bounty Beauty Supply.

The two properties at 60 and 76 West Main Street in Hyannis sold for $787,500.
