Pelham House Is A Winter Music Hot-spot
In collaboration with the Cape Symphony Presents Winter Concert series, the Pelham House Resort has something uniquely special going on that is drawing in unparalleled musical talent and is unlike anything you will find in this part of the Cape this winter.
With the snow lightly falling and firepits aglow outside at the Pelham’s picturesque oceanfront property Saturday night, the Robbie Pate Quintet of Boston took the stage. The sold-out crowd was treated to a two-hour show with upbeat jazz tunes and soulful songs from the highly talented band of musicians.
Pate, who is a graduate of Berklee College of Music and the New England Conservatory, is just one of the world-class headliners in the music series which has made the Pelham house a go-to destination for winter entertainment this year.
The resort’s partnership with Cape Symphony is a match made in heaven, with the Symphony providing world-class entertainers and the Pelham serving up the perfect venue with its award-winning food, service and ambiance. In addition to this series, the Pelham has also featured evenings with dueling pianos, Rooftop Vinyl Sunday brunch, and a “listening lounge” on Friday nights.
Where else on the Cape is such an eclectic and curated schedule of musical events available in the winter? Be sure to score tickets to one of the remaining shows: An Evening with Albino Mbie on Feb. 22 from 7 to 9 p.m., or an Evening with Monica Rizzio on March 1, also from 7 to 9. Tickets can be purchased in advance at pelhamhouseresort.com/entertainment.
A healthy Barnstable County requires great community news.
