TRURO – A sold-out crowd at the 10th annual Cape Cod Women’s Music Festival at Payomet Performing Arts Center on Saturday night was treated to spectacular performances highlighted by 2024 Grammy winner Gaby Moreno.

The annual event raises funds for the Cape Wellness Collaborative, a nonprofit that provides free integrative therapies and nutritious meals for people battling cancer on the Cape and Islands.

The festival was created by Sarah Swain of Sarah Swain and the Oh Boys in 2012 to raise money to assist people with costs that might not be covered by insurance. Cape Wellness has helped 3,000 cancer patients and is providing nutritious meals to 1,200 cancer patients who are actively using the service.

Along with Moreno, the line up included Sarah Swain and the Oh Boys, Dirty Water Dance Band, Mozelle, Shannon Davis, Sarah Burrill, MC Zoe Lewis and others. This year’s festival was dedicated to Sarah Burrill, a cancer survivor.
