The emergency shellfish closure of Nantucket Sound was lifted by the state division of marine fisheries at noon Monday. Officials said the algae bloom that potentially created dangerous toxins was still present but in very low levels.  Tests over the past few weeks had shown very low levels of toxin in shellfish, below safe levels. Chatham police were searching Saturday for a missing 24-year-old man who was last seen on foot in the area of the Lighthouse Beach parking area. Matthew J.
